SMS PDU mode converter

This free to use online tool allows you to encode and decode SMS PDU strings for GSM. It uses Javascript which allows you to see and understand the underlying conversions. It supports 7 bit (packed), 8 bit and 16 bit formats. Allows configuring message class and requesting receipts. Implements relative validity requests or disabled validity. The source code is available to examine - written by Swen-Peter Ekkebus; updated for this site by Andrew Alexander.

A FREE Adverts removal tool for MSN Messenger 7, 6.2 and NEW now supports Messenger Live 2008. This is a pretty basic application - it stays resident and simply removes the main advert window from Messenger when ever it appears; it doesn't remove the one line textual ads on other windows. Currently you have to manually create a shortcut and drop it in your startup folder, or you can start it manually. If enough people ask, it can be updated to providing the option for it to autorun.
